Important: Donations, Tips, and Gift Cards are strictly non-refundable. Paid services may be refunded only if the service has NOT started and the request is made within 7 working days of payment.
All donations (Kanchan Foundation) and tips (GravionShieldX) are final, voluntary, and non-refundable. By completing a donation or tip, the user agrees that no refund, reversal, or chargeback will be initiated under any circumstances.
All gift card purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Once issued, gift cards cannot be cancelled, reversed, or disputed.
Refund is allowed ONLY if the service has NOT started and the request is made within 7 working days of payment. No refund if service has started, work has been delivered, or any consultation/scan/audit has been initiated.
Users agree NOT to initiate chargebacks for donations, tips, or gift cards. Any fraudulent chargeback attempt may result in account suspension, permanent service restriction, and legal action. We reserve the right to submit transaction logs and IP records to payment processors to contest disputes.

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. UPI refunds take 3-5 days, bank transfers take 5-7 days.
